Floors Description

The architects have designed each floor to make a better use of the given space. However one can purchase the empty space and choose his/her own design.

Basement - Parking Space
The basement holds 15 parking spaces. Since parking in the basement is limited one parking space will be allocated to each household free of charge. An additional space can be purchased at a first-come first-served reservation basis.



Ground Floor - Shops
The ground floor is composed of shops accessed through an agreeable facade, a ramp for wheel chairs, an elegantly decorated and welcoming lobby.

The First Floor - Restaurant
The first floor is designed for a restaurant.



Offices
You can choose the design of the offices as designed on these plans. However one can purchase the empty space and choose his/her own design.
